Come on , own up ... which one of you was it ?

So I got peckish around 10pm and decided to make myself a chicken and mayo sandwich 

Made it up , and then went to the fridge for the milk for a coffee ... turned around and there was my roll , on the floor being wolfed down by three very happy doglets

Without knowing exactly which dog it was that counter surfed and got the butty off the plate I couldnt do much more than stare as the last piece was gobbled up 

whats even worse , it was the last of the chicken and im still peckish :(

If I ever needed to know was it possible to smile and hold a stick ? ... well Toffee just answered that question for me , yes you can , lol

Just a quick update

Toff was fine all day and last night & his poo this morning was normal ...I'd say we got lucky 

i'll still watch him today but im def feeling more relaxed about his health than I was yesterday

I just took this pic , bless him his paws are twitching , he must be dreaming

Im so angry right now

Just let the dogs into the garden as usual ... I noticed Toffee over in the corner eating something .... almost as soon as id spotted him he started to choke.
I rushed over , noticed a whole chicken carcass on the ground and wise or not stuck my hand into his mouth and managed to find a chicken bone that had lodged in his throat

To say im p****d off is an understatement
Who in hell would throw a cooked chicken carcass into someones garden ?
and why ?

My poor gorgeous dog could have died , it doesnt bear thinking about

I started shaking almost as soon as id got the bone out and havent stopped yet , though now its more from anger than anything else

The vet said to keep an eye on him for 24 hours and to check his poo for any irregularities or blood

I swear , I ever find the a*****e who threw a cooked chicken carcass into my garden there will be blood

The prize is knowing he is special , which is great , now everyone knows what I already knew , lol

I've always said she was a supermodel girlie :D

She earned herself a £25 pets at Home voucher ... so we took her to spend it today :)
she was good as gold in the store , except when she pinched a bone off the rack ... and yes we bought it for her , lol

zooms all over the place and changes direction , she's gonna go nuts at it , lol

Gypsy's new toy

Well the babble ball finally got here & madam Gypsy couldnt be happier (please excuse my bad housekeeping , methinks I should get the hoover out , lol)

Pity her ... for it is no more

Today , Gypsy's most beloved toy had a sad and tragic end :(

It has kept her amused from her first days here with us (thats 2 and a half years) but whilst playing with her beloved babble ball today , it hit the side of a chair , as it had done many a time , but this time it broke in two

Poor bereft Gypsy could only paw at the pathetic remains and look at me with a pleading gaze , but there was nothing I could do

So now she lies , bereft and unconsolable (not really but it sounds good for the story)

But fear not ... for the great and mighty amazon has come to the rescue , they have promised to send her , for a small price , a new and larger babble ball

Hope is restored , and soon i'll have my happy girl back again , Yay :D

I took Gypsy out on her own today , its been a while since ive felt up to walking the dogs , so I figured it was better if I got back into walking them slowly , and with the best behaved one :)

Gawd I love my dogs

Theres nothing I wont do for these dogs , they comfort me when im down , make me laugh and smile every single day , show me they love me in so many ways , whether its a tail wag or a lick on the hand or just cuddling up for a hug , yet they ask for and expect nothing in return

I love them so much <3

The field

It seems to me that I complain about the field where I exercise my dogs all the time , saying its boring and flat and all the pics I take on it look the same
so ive decided to look at it from a different perspective ... without this field my dogs wouldnt have a tenth of the fun they have right now ......  a lot of other people and their dogs would probably be ecstatic to have a field as huge as this one that 9 times out of 10 has no-one but us on it
so from now on im going to be grateful for what I have .. three gorgeous dogs and a wonderful place for them to play in

and speaking of play ... heres a few (ok a lot) of pics taken over the last couple of days ... unfortunately not many of my Teddybear as he isnt one for running and jumping around that much , he just lies in the grass , like this , lol
