Introducing Teddy

We have a new addition to our family ... His names Teddy & he's about 2 years old.
We found him temporarily staying at the Freedom of Spirit Trust for border collies , we rang and arranged to see him and fell in love ... I think it was the way he bounced in and straight away started giving me kisses , from that second I was hooked :)
Its like he was meant to be a part of our family .. Toffee and Gypsy love him & he loves them ... first thing he did when he met the kidlets was give them a licky bath , I must admit they needed one , lol

Dad took this flying thing onto the field during our tea-time walk ... we arent sure what it is but we figured it was a new toy for us , but Dad wouldnt let us near it .... which was a bit strange cos it is ours after all !

it was very very high up and we couldnt reach it anyway , even Toff couldnt when he stood on his back legs and he's miles bigger than me , so I didnt stand a chance :O

We had fun chasing around below it though , and we know that one day we will make it ours *insert evil chuckle here*

August Bank holiday at the Lodge

It rained the entire weekend , not that it stopped us getting our walks and playtime , so no complaints from us
Mum and Dad only managed to get a few piccies , they didnt want to risk ruining the camera , but this is pretty much all we do anyway , lol

We took the kidlets onto the field with us today ... we had loads of fun chasing a tennis ball and playing racey chasey with each other , we're much faster though , they never could catch us unless we stopped :D

Frisbee Fun

I bought this frisbee and it came this morning , so off we went to the field for some fun ........

I didnt take any piccies of it when it died ... but sad to say its now gone to the great frisbee heaven in the sky , lol

ah well ... for £4 it was worth it to watch the dawgs enjoy themselves ... i'll just have to keep my eye out for a sturdier model next time , lol

Agility

I thought id buy a couple of agility hurdles and see whether Toff and Gypsy enjoyed it ... well Toff, as I predicted , wasnt bothered at all and just lay down and watched Gypsy , she absolutely loved them , she picked up in a heartbeat what she was supposed to do and away she went , lol

Gypsy is awkward to photo cos she's always on the go , but she decided to sniff the flowers so we grabbed the shot ... Toff's more amenable so will usually stay where you ask him to , even if he doesnt always look where you need him to , lol

Holidays over :(

We got back yesterday after 10 lovely days at the lodge ... we both believe its pure heaven being there , we love it so much
The great news is we are going back again in 5 weeks time , only for the weekend this time but its still good news for us :D
